Celebrity Tattoos - Be A Real Fan
from:Famous faces from the 1960's have been popular celebrity tattoos for years now. James Dean, Marilyn Munroe and of course The King have been firm favorites. Many of the celebrities of today wear tattoos (and you could argue they helped revive the popularity of the tattoo) but now many people are wearing celebrity tattoos of them! You can get a tattoo of any celebrity you want but make sure you are 100% a fan for life.
So How Is It Done?
Quality tattoo artists are exactly what it says above their door – They are artists. Whatever you visualize, they will try their best to make that image a reality and bring it to life on your skin. They needles instead of brushes, ink instead of paint and human skin instead of canvas. Whether you want Gandalf the white slaying an ork as it tries to escape into your navel, your soccer team in a heart or the face of a celebrity, the method is exactly the same. As long as you have a good, clear portrait in black and white that they can make a stencil from, they can do it.
What next?
If you are 100% certain that you want a celebrity tattoo and that you will be a fan for life you need to research the tattoo artists in your area. Ask around, search online and check Tattoo Artist Magazine to see if anyone specializes in portrait tattoos in your area. You may have to travel some distance for the right one but remember that it may take several visits.
Ask to see photos of other celebrity tattoos that they have done for other customers. If your celebrity is female, you want to see other female portraits and visa versa if its a male portrait.
Take the same care and time as you would finding an artist to paint you a portrait of a loved one.
Think long and hard before going ahead, their are people out there today with Mick Jackson looking up from their arm who kind of wished he wasn't.
Remember, celebrity tattoos are for life not just for Christmas!
