from: Why Scorpion Tattoos

If someone would stop for around one week and ask everyone they saw about their tattoos, the reasons would almost be as different as the people themselves are. Some tattoos are to show others, some are to remember others. Other tattoos are a symbol of the person themselves and what their life means. For those people who have a tattoo that symbolizes their life and what they stand for, the tattoo is an extension of their body. There is no limit to what a tattoo artist can do. Whatever one wants, they can do it. No two tattoos are completely the same in just the same way that two snowflakes are ever the same.

One tattoo that mostly men will get is a scorpion tattoo. A scorpion tattoo can be for many different reasons and each person has a different reason. One reason for a scorpion tattoo is to symbolize how they were hurt by a woman or another person who was very close to them. It shows the pain of what happened and it serves to show them that they survived. Remembering the pain with a scorpion tattoo serves to never forget what happened. It makes a person remember the true pain instead of allowing it to fade away.

More On Scorpion Tattoos

For some people, the tattoo is used as a picture of who they are. Scorpions don’t just go around stinging people who walk by. When they do sting it’s for either safety or for food. The scorpion is goal oriented and very self controlled. Also, the scorpion is small in size but very tough. Many animals much larger that the scorpion will go out of their way to avoid contact with a scorpion. These are just more reasons why someone would pick a scorpion tattoo over something else. Some people with a scorpion tattoo have it just because it looks good on skin. They might find a better reason for it later in life but they originally got it for its looks.

The scorpion is a creature that lives in many austere locations and can adapt to many different climates and terrain. The scorpion tattoo doesn’t have to stand for pain because that is only one side of the story. Scorpion tattoos for some people mean that they to can survive and not only survive but thrive in whatever nature dishes out. They too will adapt and overcome and it’s on their arm to remind them of that.
